Points earned with AirBorneo Loyalty Program are valid for 36 months from the date they were earned. To prevent points from expiring, you can keep your account active by earning or redeeming points at least once every 12 months.

You can easily monitor your current tier status, points balance, and expiry dates through your account on the AirBorneo website or mobile app. Simply log in to your account and navigate to the "My Loyalty" section.

Yes, Gold tier members can pool points with up to 5 family members living at the same address. Point transfers between members are also possible for a small fee, with a minimum transfer amount of 1,000 points.

If you don't meet the minimum requirements to maintain your current tier status, you'll be moved to the appropriate tier at the end of your membership year. However, we offer a 3-month grace period for Silver and Gold members who are close to maintaining their status.
