You can change or cancel your booking through the "Manage My Booking" section on our website or mobile app. Simply enter your booking reference and last name to access your reservation. Depending on your fare type, change or cancellation fees may apply.
Baggage allowance varies by fare class and route. Economy passengers typically receive 20kg checked baggage, Business Class 30kg, and First Class 40kg. All passengers are allowed one carry-on bag (7kg max) and one personal item. Additional baggage can be purchased during booking or at a higher rate at the airport.
You can join Borneo Rewards by registering on our website or mobile app. The program is free to join and allows you to earn miles on flights, hotel stays, and car rentals. These miles can be redeemed for future flights, upgrades, and exclusive partner offers.
